To be eligible for a refund under our 365-day guarantee, please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Physical Condition: The book must be returned in the condition that you received it, allowing for normal wear and tear from use during the trial period.

Damages, Defects, and Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a book that is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@theancientglow.com so we can evaluate the issue and send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

As your purchase includes immediate access to digital files (like the 7-Day Quick Start Guide and Sacred Altar Blueprint), these bonuses cannot be returned or refunded separately. However, as stated in the guarantee, you get to keep them regardless of whether you return the physical book.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

  • The purchase of the handbook itself is covered by the 365-Day Guarantee.

Refunds and Processing

We will notify you by email once we’ve received the returned physical handbook and have inspected it. We will then let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once the book is delivered and inspected in our warehouse.

  • Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you also have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without a justification.
